Fulfillment policy. DVD orders will be shipped standard UPS. Streaming purchases will be emailed a link good for 30 days. Due to limited administrative capacity, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellation will be offered. Credit will be given for any damaged DVDs received via the mail. Regarding streaming access, it is up to the purchaser to make sure their internet provider can handle the appropriate bandwidth.
